Once the rental period begins and the vehicle is released, rental charges are generally non-refundable for unused time. Early returns do not automatically qualify for credits or refunds unless approved in writing.

Yes. Renters are fully responsible for all traffic tickets, parking violations, toll charges, and related administrative fees incurred during the rental period.
