Rental requirements

At AP MIAMI LUXURY, our rental requirements are designed to protect our clients, our fleet, and the elevated experience we deliver. Due to the exclusive nature and value of our vehicles, all renters must meet specific eligibility criteria prior to confirmation.

All rentals are subject to verification, approval, and execution of a final rental agreement.

1. Age Requirements

• The minimum age to rent any vehicle is 25 years old.
• Renters must present a valid government-issued ID confirming age eligibility.
• A clean and verifiable driving history is required.

Meeting the minimum age requirement does not guarantee approval. AP MIAMI LUXURY reserves the right to deny a reservation based on overall qualification criteria.

2. Valid Driver’s License

All renters must possess a valid driver’s license that is legally recognized in the United States.

• International clients whose licenses are not issued in English may be required to present an International Driving Permit (IDP) in addition to their original license.
• The license must remain valid for the full duration of the rental period.

3. Insurance Requirements

Renters are required to provide proof of active personal auto insurance prior to vehicle release.

Insurance must:

• Be issued by a reputable and recognized insurance provider
• Include comprehensive and collision coverage
• Be active and in good standing at the time of rental
• Provide coverage limits reasonably sufficient relative to the value of the rented vehicle

Insurance policies from providers classified as high-risk or non-standard may not be accepted.

Credit card insurance benefits (including premium cards) may be used as supplemental coverage only and do not replace the requirement for a primary personal auto insurance policy.

AP MIAMI LUXURY does not offer insurance for purchase.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.

• Deposit amounts vary based on vehicle category and value
• Deposits are typically held as an authorization on a credit card
• Final deposit release is subject to post-rental inspection and compliance with rental terms

Any damages, excessive wear, violations, or additional charges may be deducted from the deposit.

5. Credit Card Requirement

A valid credit card in the renter’s name is required for:

• Security deposit authorization
• Rental charges and incidentals

Debit cards, prepaid cards, and cash deposits are not accepted.

6. Driving Record Verification

AP MIAMI LUXURY reserves the right to review and verify the renter’s driving record.

• A history free from major violations, reckless driving, or DUI-related offenses is typically required
• Driving history may impact eligibility, deposit requirements, or approval

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in cancellation without refund.

7. Rental Agreement

All renters must review and sign a binding rental agreement prior to vehicle delivery.

The rental agreement outlines:

• Authorized use of the vehicle
• Approved drivers
• Rental duration
• Financial responsibilities
• Restrictions and obligations

In the event of any inconsistency, the signed rental agreement shall govern.

8. Final Approval

All reservations are subject to final approval by AP MIAMI LUXURY. Submission of a reservation request or payment does not constitute automatic acceptance.
